Right now, thousands of women and children are trapped at home with their abuser. You can help them escape to safety: donate to support our refuges and keep our services going at this difficult time. 

Every single day Refuge works tirelessly to support thousands of women and children experiencing domestic violence and other forms of gender based violence. We cannot do this without your support.

Your support could mean the end to months or years of domestic violence for a woman, or the end to a child witnessing the trauma of domestic abuse.

£5 a month could provide vital supplies for women in our refuges. 
Often women and children arriving at our refuges arrive with little more than the clothes they are wearing. Help us buy cleaning products such as soap, bleach, anti-bacterial wipes and hand-sanitiser, so women and children can help prevent the spread of infection.

£10 a month could help a child cope with isolation.
Children in our refuges urgently need toys, books and games. Many arrive with us vulnerable and confused, having left cherished possessions behind. With isolation measures in place, providing activities and craft supplies could bring happiness to a child staying in a refuge. 

£15 a month could go towards equipment to allow our staff to work remotely. 
Remote working of our staff enables us to continue supporting the women and children accessing our services during this challenging time. Specific equipment is required to ensure client cases are kept confidential when staff are homeworking.

Your generous donation will be used to support women and children escaping domestic abuse at this difficult time, as well as throughout the year.

£15 could give a child toys, books and games to help them keep busy during isolation. 

£25 could buy food supplies, toiletries and cleaning products to help a family stay safe and healthy. 

£75 could give a remote community worker a mobile phone to provide a woman life-saving support. 

£100,000 could support the ongoing transformation of the National Domestic Abuse Helpline reach more women affected by domestic abuse/fleeing abuse.
